External Client Education and Community Outreach:
AAA Landscape has extended its educational focus to external clients and the community at large by opening up its state of the art classrooms to municipalities, vendors, architects, and clients to hold conferences, continuing education courses and to train for new product development.
Community Manager/Board Member Landscape Management Training:
AAA Landscape is set apart from other landscape management providers by offering continuing education seminars and publications to the Homeowners Association Management Community and all aspects of the Landscape Management field.
Internal Education:
Properly trained employees not only ensure quality work and customer satisfaction but allow more chances for individual growth and a greater quality of life for our employees and their families. Field personnel are trained by an on-staff certified arborist. Further, employees are given the opportunity to participate in Continuing Education classes at local community colleges. These are subsidized in part or full by AAA Landscape according to our Tuition Reimbursement Policy. English classes are available to our Spanish speaking employees.
