Tim oversees all projects within the Landscape Management Division in the Tucson area. He has also served on the board of directors of local, state and national industry associations. |

Client Services Coordinator Gina joined the AAA team with 6 years of Property Management experience and 20 years in customer relations. Gina oversees the Quality Control Program and Business Development for the Landscape Management Division. She is also responsible for creating the Industry Peer & Community Education Program and Homeowners Association Community Management Education Seminars. |

Jackie Hales
GPS Inventory Specialist Jackie came to work for AAA from Brigham Young University - Idaho after working on a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture Management. She has developed the new Global Positioning System (GPS) service of trees and irrigation components and provides these services to both Phoenix and Tucson. Jackie provides Client Services support for both internal and external clients and is responsible for the administration of the Landscape Management portion of the company web site. Jackie is currently working towards her ACLP Certificate. |

Certified Arborist/Training Director Shannon has 30 years of experience in the landscape management field, and has been a Certified Arborist since 1993. Shannon is responsible for creating and overseeing the training programs at AAA in addition to conducting onsite training with all crew members in the field. He is also certified in ACLP and SPCC. |

Phoenix Special Projects Division Manager With 17 years of landscape management experience Terry oversees the Special Projects Division of the Phoenix Landscape Management Team. This includes work outside the scope of regular landscape maintenance. Terry has certifications in SPCC and ACLP. |

Jon is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in the College of Agriculture with a minor in Environmental and Landscape Horticulture. He has an exemplary safety record. Jon is a Certified Water Auditor by the City of Tucson and is Certified by Pima County in Buffel Grass Eradication. |

Daniel Norman
Area Supervisor - Tucson Daniel is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas. After college he started his landscaping career performing all aspects of the business from installation, maintenance, irrigation, and chemical application to customer relations and administrative tasks. Daniel moved to Tucson in 2003 and in 2004, joined the AAA team where he currently applies his knowledge and experience overseeing operations across South Pima County. Daniel is licensed with the SPCC and has his ACLP Certification. |

Rick manages approximately two dozen properties in the Pima County area. He has been an avid gardener throughout life and has overseen facilities management for over 20 years. Rick is working towards his SPCC, ISA Certified Arborist, and ACLP Certifications. |
