Northwest Campus- Native Hydro-seed, trees, shrubs and accent plantings used throughout the parking islands and perimeter landscape areas has achieved the "back to nature" look the Architect and County municipality where looking for. The seeded areas are irrigated with Netafim subterranean system at 18" on center two to four inches below grade. The system proved to be very efficient in using minimal water to achieve maximum plant growth per square foot.
Underwood memorial garden is donated to the U of A College of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
