Employees are provided with a card to carry indicating which equipment they are authorized to operate.
stability
AAA Landscape currently employs approximately 600 employees. Our objective is to provide the highest level of skilled crew members. Management has identified key employees who not only have the skill set but the attitude to want to grow with us, as we build long-term relationships.
AAA LANDSCAPE TRAINING
The key to safety on the job site is to have properly trained employees. All employees of AAA Landscape are trained for their jobs by crew leaders, as well as an onsite arborist. Continuing education classes are also offered and strongly encouraged to all AAA Landscape employees. These courses, along with weekly safety training, make our employees ready for work in any environment.
Having employees that are properly trained in every aspect of their job allows for more enjoyable work experience. Offering classes and continuing education ensures that each employee will continue to grow in his/her job, and encourage those around them to also grow by sharing their knowledge.
Our educational focus also extends to our clients, our peers in the industry and throughout our communities. Our state of the art classrooms is made available to members of the community to hold conferences, continuing education courses and train for new product development training. In the Spring of 2008, we began offering Landscape Management Seminars to Community Managers as well as Board Members to learn about the process involved in managing landscape properties. By partnering with communities, we hope to have the highest quality landscape management company in Arizona.
