Located in the City of Surprise, this 30-acre site is the center of life and activity for the Marley Park Master Planned Community. Scope of work performed by the AAA Landscape Team: clearing and grubbing 30 acres, installing an irrigation system composed of 2 commercial booster pumps, 2 - 103 computerized controllers and over 80,000 Linear feet of PVC pipe, 770,000 square feet of sod, 62 - 90" box "tree spaded" citrus trees, over 62000 trees and shrubs, along with 2 baseball fields.
